Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ensure fast and efficient processing and shipping of orders.

The normal shipping pickup time is 4:00 PM CST Monday through Friday excluding the holidays observed by FedEx. All orders received before 1:00 PM CST will be processed within the same day, unless there are many pending orders. Orders will be shipped when ready in the following business day(s) if such a situation arises. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day. If there is an urgent matter with shipping, please notify us as soon as possible so we may assist you.

We will not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given or missing packages.
